About Lisa Merman Bender

Lisa Merman Bender My father was a photography hobbyist and I followed in his footsteps. I love taking, editing, and enhancing pictures for designs. Near the end of his life (though we didn't know it) my sisters and I encouraged my dad to finally display some of his pictures at a gallery. He gave in and went to visit that gallery with us. Later that day, he went into the hospital and was diagnosed with leukemia. We couldn't believe it!

Since he was willing to take the leap, I figured I should be, too, so I signed up for the Ocean City Boardwalk Art Show in the summer of 2012 and have been selling pictures since. I have fond memories of enjoying many art shows in Florida and Ocean City with my mom and dad, so I figured it was a great place to get my start and it was.

It's 2017 now and I have a great new camera and slightly more time, so I have started a business offering my creative skills as a photographer, writer, and graphic designer.
